Why DegensQuest exists
We are building a SocialFi gaming protocol where the communities that already exist online become multiplayer arenas — and where playing, not farming, is what earns. Telegram first, on Base, funded transparently by a Uniswap v4 Hook.
Crypto gaming has been shallow and extractive
The last cycle proved that bolting a token onto a thin game does not build a lasting community. We started from what was broken.
Web3 games are shallow
Most "play-to-earn" loops are thin click-farms bolted onto a token. The fun runs out long before the emissions do — and so do the players.
The economics are extractive
Mercenary farmers and bots drain reward pools, dump on real users, and leave. Value flows out of communities instead of compounding inside them.
Communities have no native game layer
Millions of people already hang out in Telegram groups every day — yet there is no shared, on-chain way to play together, compete, and be rewarded for it.
Every group is a game server. Playing is what earns.
DegensQuest turns the chat your community already uses into a live, on-chain arena — and rewards the people who actually show up to play.
Every group is a game server
Add @degensquestbot to a Telegram group and it becomes a live multiplayer arena — raids, tournaments, trivia, and PvP, no installs and no setup wizard.
Playing is what earns
Rewards are designed to pay people who actually play and the communities they play in — not automated farms. Skill and participation, settled on-chain.
Base-native, fast, premium
Built on Base for cheap, fast settlement, with a premium experience that feels closer to a modern game than a clunky dapp.
The principles we build on
A small set of non-negotiables that shape every decision — from contract design to which games ship.
Fun and competitive first
The games have to be genuinely worth playing. Rewards amplify great gameplay — they never replace it.
Security and audit-first
The token is immutable and it is structurally impossible to deploy contracts without Slither static analysis and Base fork tests passing.
Transparency by default
The chain is the source of truth. Fee distribution, rewards, and leaderboards settle on-chain where anyone can verify them.
Community over extraction
Dedicated reward buckets pay creators and referrers, so value compounds inside communities instead of leaking out to mercenaries.
No spam, no farms
Anti-cheat, cooldowns, replay logs, and secure randomness are built into every game so real players win, not scripts.
Modular and open
A plugin game engine and a planned third-party SDK mean the protocol grows with its community, not just its core team.
A protocol, not a single game
The architecture is designed so the protocol can grow without rewrites — and so security is structural, not optional.
A plugin game engine
Each game is a plugin built on shared interfaces — matchmaking, timers, leaderboards, reward engine, cooldowns, anti-cheat, and replay logs. Adding a game means adding a plugin, never rewriting the core. Plugins are pure, deterministic reducers, so every match is replayable and audit-reproducible.
Telegram-first
Telegram is the first client because it is where communities already live. The bot turns a group into a server instantly, and a Telegram Mini App brings the full experience inside the chat.
Multi-platform by design
The protocol is built to expand to Discord, X, Farcaster, web, and mobile, with a third-party SDK so any community or developer can plug in their own games and surfaces.
- Now · Foundation
Protocol and contracts
Immutable QUEST token, the Uniswap v4 Hook fee engine, and the plugin game engine — all gated behind Slither static analysis and Base fork tests before anything ships.
- Next · Telegram launch
Bot, Mini App, and first games
The @degensquestbot client, the Telegram Mini App, and the first wave of game archetypes — raids, PvP duels, trivia tournaments, and guild wars — with on-chain rewards.
- Then · Public web
Guild boards, profiles, and the token page
Shareable per-guild boards and player profiles, plus a QUEST token page with a live Hook fee-distribution dashboard for full transparency.
- Later · Multi-platform & SDK
Discord, X, Farcaster, mobile
Expansion to more clients and a third-party SDK so any community or developer can build on the protocol and ship their own games.
Roadmap reflects current direction and may change. Timelines are intentionally not promised — the deploy gate ships only when the audits and fork tests pass.
Greenfield, and honest about it
DegensQuest is early. We are building the protocol, contracts, and first games in the open rather than marketing a finished product before it exists. QUEST and the games go live at launch — until then, the most useful thing you can do is join the community, try the bot as it ships, and tell us what would make it great.
We are an anonymous, crypto-native team that would rather be judged on shipped, audited code than on bios. There are no fabricated partnerships or backers here — when there is something real to announce, you will see it on-chain and in the docs first.
Audit-first. Slither + Base fork tests gate every contract deploy.
Verifiable. Rewards and fee splits settle on Base, not in a spreadsheet.
