QUEST — the fuel of DegensQuest
One immutable, fixed-supply token powers every game, season, and marketplace trade across the protocol. Rewards are funded transparently by a Uniswap v4 Hook and settled on Base — no inflation, no manual treasury, fully verifiable on-chain.
Token utility & protocol mechanics — not financial advice. No prices or returns are implied.
The numbers that never change
QUEST ships with hard, on-chain guarantees. These facts are fixed in the contract at deployment.
QUEST is an ERC-20 with Permit and Votes extensions. 100% = 10,000 basis points; the swap-fee cap of 100 bps is immutable.
Immutable by default, governable where it counts
The token itself is locked forever. Only the parameters that should evolve — like the fee split — are left to governance, and even those sit under an immutable hard cap.
Immutable contract
The QUEST token is non-upgradeable. Once deployed, supply, decimals, and core logic are fixed in the contract — no admin can mint, pause, or rewrite the rules out from under holders.
ERC-20 + Permit + Votes
Built on audited OpenZeppelin standards. Permit enables gasless, signature-based approvals, while Votes powers on-chain governance and delegation out of the box.
No manual treasury custody
Fees are split and accrued on-chain by the FeeDistributor. There is no middleman wallet skimming swaps — every share is verifiable on Base and claimed pull-based by its bucket.
Swap fees that fund the games
A custom Uniswap v4 Hook skims a small fee (hard-capped at 1%) from every QUEST swap and routes it on-chain into nine reward buckets. More trading means bigger prize pools — a loop that pays players, creators, and holders.
Every buy and sell of QUEST passes through the Hook. Fees are collected and distributed transparently — no manual treasury, no custody, fully verifiable on Base.

Utility across every surface
QUEST is not a spectator token. It is wired into gameplay, staking, seasons, the marketplace, and governance — so demand grows with the protocol itself.
Game entry & rewards
QUEST is the currency of play. Stake it into wagered duels and tournaments, and earn it back from the on-chain Game Rewards bucket every time you win a match, raid, or season challenge.
Staking
Lock QUEST to earn a continuous share of protocol swap fees from the Staking bucket. Long-term holders who help secure the protocol are paid from real trading activity — not emissions.
Season & Battle Passes
Unlock premium seasonal tracks, boosted reward tiers, and exclusive cosmetics. Passes are a direct QUEST sink, tightening supply as the player base and competition grow.
Marketplace
Trade NFTs, cosmetics, and in-game items priced in QUEST. Platform fees and creator royalties on every sale flow back through the protocol, reinforcing the flywheel.
Governance (ERC-20 Votes)
QUEST implements ERC-20 Votes, so holders can delegate voting power and steer the parameters that matter — including how the Hook splits fees across the nine reward buckets.
Sinks & creator economy
Guild upgrades, loot boxes, sponsored quests, and creator payouts all settle in QUEST, giving the token deep, recurring utility across every surface of the protocol.
Value flows back into the flywheel
Two of the nine buckets are dedicated to sustainability: the Buyback Vault reinforces the reward engine, while the Treasury funds the work that keeps the protocol alive.
Buyback Vault
A share of every swap fee is routed to the Buyback Vault, which uses it to acquire QUEST from the market. Those tokens flow back into the reward system, deepening the loop: trading funds buybacks, buybacks reinforce rewards, and bigger rewards pull in more play and more trading.
Treasury
The Treasury bucket funds development, security audits, infrastructure, and long-term operations. It is accrued on-chain and governed by the community — accountable, transparent, and sized by real protocol activity rather than a one-time raise that eventually runs dry.
Get QUEST, the right way
QUEST lives on Base. Trade it through the official app and always verify the contract address against official sources before you buy.
On the app token page
The QUEST token page in the app shows live price, volume, holders, and the real-time Hook fee-distribution dashboard — the canonical place to track and trade.
Trade on Base
QUEST trades through its Uniswap v4 pool on Base, where the Hook collects the protocol fee. The canonical contract address will be published at launch on the app and in the docs.
Beware impersonators: only trust a QUEST address that appears on the official app or documentation. DegensQuest will never DM you a contract address.
The chain is the source of truth
Every figure that matters — supply, fees collected, and how they split across the nine buckets — is recorded on Base and independently verifiable. The live fee-distribution dashboard lives inside the app, reading directly from the contracts. This marketing page is just a map; the on-chain state is the territory.
